    By accessing or using any part of the Aelvos platform—including our websites, mobile applications, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”)—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 14 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that:

    • You are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or

    • You have consent from a legal guardian

    Use of certain features may require account registration and additional verification.

    2. User Accounts

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    • You agree to provide accurate and current information.

    • You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

    All content and technology provided by Aelvos—including logos, software, databases, user interfaces, and trademarks—are the intellectual property of Aelvos Co., Ltd. or its licensors.

    You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without express written consent.

    5. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

    If you purchase a paid subscription or service:

    • You agree to pay the listed price

    • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

    • Aelvos reserves the right to change pricing with notice

    • Late or failed payments may result in suspension

    6. User Content

    By submitting content (e.g., team names, photos, stats), you grant Aelvos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute it as part of providing the Services.

    You retain ownership, but you’re responsible for the legality of what you upload.

    7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access:

    • For violating these Terms

    • If required by law

    • If your actions cause harm to other users or to Aelvos

    You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

    8. Disclaimers

    • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

    • We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

    • Aelvos disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aelvos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities—even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or related to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jeju District Court.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
