aelvos Raises $15,000 Pre-Seed to Accelerate Athletics OS
We’re excited to share that aelvos has raised $15,000 in a pre-seed round to accelerate development of Athletics OS — our league-first platform built to simplify how leagues and schools run a season.
While the round’s full terms and total size remain undisclosed, this initial funding is a meaningful milestone for us. It gives us the momentum to ship faster, improve reliability, and deepen the core features that matter most to league operations.
Why we built Athletics OS
School and youth sports are still run on a patchwork of tools: spreadsheets for rosters, group chats for updates, scattered links for schedules and streams, and separate systems for standings, scorekeeping, and tournaments. That fragmentation creates confusion, extra work, and constant “which version is correct?” moments.
Athletics OS exists to replace that chaos with one place where leagues can operate end-to-end — from pre-season planning to game day to championship brackets.
What Athletics OS focuses on
Athletics OS is designed specifically for league management, with a league-first structure that scales cleanly across conferences, divisions, and schools. Our focus includes:
League Workspace: one isolated workspace per league/conference with role-based permissions
Scheduling & Venues: create or import schedules, manage venues, and publish updates instantly
Standings, Rankings & Tournaments: official standings that update from results, plus shareable brackets
Game Day Center: live scoring and clean game pages so results are immediate and consistent
Streaming + Highlights: embed streams (YouTube or Mux) and turn moments into shareable highlights
What this funding enables
This pre-seed funding helps us move faster on the things that make Athletics OS feel real and reliable:
smoother onboarding for create/join league and create/join school
faster, cleaner publishing for schedules and standings
a better game day workflow for scorekeepers and admins
improved mobile experience for players and fans
stronger permissions + isolation so leagues and schools stay secure by default
What’s next
Our near-term priority is simple: make league operations feel effortless. Fewer steps to launch a league hub, clearer admin workflows, faster updates on game day, and a fan experience where everything is always in the right place.
